Trying out for a real site.

I want to have a proper website. I really want to use wordpress, so can anyone help me out? i already figured out my host, www.mher.org I just need to fin a way to pay. i hae the money but don' t have a credit card. i got a free wordpress blog so i can learn wordpress and it seem pretty easy.
